Programme 8 Days / 7 NightsDay 1 Warsaw
Arrival in Warsaw, transfer to the Hotel and check in. Welcome dinner, overnight stay.
Day 2 Warsaw
Breakfast, sightseeing tour of Warsaw with pictureresque The Old Town, Castle Sq.,Gothic St.John’s Cathedral, visiting old churches located along the Royal Route, including the Holy Cross Church where reposes the urn of F.Chopin’s heart. Lunch break. Leasure time. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 3 Warsaw – Glogowiec – Swinnice Warckie
Breakfast, departure for Glogowiec, the birth place of Saint Sister Faustina. Next continue to Swinnice Warckie, visiting the church where St. Sister Faustina was baptised and confirmed. Lunch break “en route”. Return to Warsaw. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 4 Warsaw - Niepokalanow - Czestochowa
After breakfast, departure for Niepokalanow. First a short visit in Zelazowa Wola (the birth place of Frederic Chopin), then visiting Niepokalanow Monstery devoted to St. Maximilian Kolbe. Monastery was established by St. Maximilian Kolbe in 1927, nowadays is visited by thousands of pilgrims as its Statue of the Holy Mary is considered to have miraculous powers and can hear the prayers of those who put their trust in Holy Mary. Lunch break “en route”. Arrival to Czestochowa. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 5 Czestochowa - Krakow
After breakfast, visiting of Czestochowa, the religious capital of Poland -famous place of Catholic pilgrimages. Guided tour of Jasna Gora Monastery with the worldwide known miraculous Black Madonna Shrine (the icon, depicting the Mother of God with the Christ Child). The image of Black Madonna, to which miraculous powers are attributed, is Jasna Gora’s most precious treasure. Monastery was founded in 1382 by Pauline monks who came from Hungary. Lunch in the Restaurant in city centre. In the afternoon departure for Krakow. Arrival to Krakow, dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Krakow.
Day 6 Krakow – Lagiewniki
Breakfast, sightseeing tour of Krakow with the Old Town , Market Square, the Cloth Hall called Sukiennice, visit to St.Mary’s Basilica, St. Ann’s Church, walking along the Royal Route with visit to the court-yard of Collegium Maius ( the oldest part Of Jagiellonian University) and St. Peter’s & St.Paul’s Church, then the Archbishop’s Palace, next is Wawel Hill to see Wawel Cathedral and Royal Castle. Lunch break. In the afternoon – excursion to Łagiewniki Sanctuary of Divine Mercy, which houses grace-working image of Merciful Jesus. Visit the Shrine of Divine Mercy, and the relics of St. Faustina as the convent chapel, then the St. Faustina’s Tomb.
Dinner and overnight at the Hotel in Krakow.
Day 7 Krakow – Kalwaria - Wadowice
After breakfast, excursion to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska and Wadowice.
First we visit the Bernardine Sanctuary in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, one of the most often visited pilgrimage places in Poland, listed on UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Next we explore Wadowice–the birth place of the previous Pope, John Paul II .Lunch break in Wadowice. Return to Krakow. Free afternoon. Celebrating the evening mass at the St.Mary’s Basilica. Farewell dinner by the folklore music in Restaurant BOHEMA, overnight at the Hotel.
Day 8 Krakow
Breakfast, check out and departure transfer to the Airport.
