Programme 12 Days / 11 Nights

Day 1 Warsaw
Arrival in Warsaw, transfer to the Hotel. Welcome dinner in traditional Polish Restaurant Honoratka. Overnight stay.

Day 2 Warsaw
Breakfast, morning sightseeing tour of Warsaw including the Royal Castle in the Old Town and Lazienki Palace & Park Complex - magnificent palatial and garden complex was built by King Stanislaw August Poniatowski during the second half of the 18th century and features the Neoclassical Palace on the Water surrounded by charming gardens, canals and ponds. Lunch break. Afternoon trip to Wilanow Palace – served as a summer retreat for the King Jan II Sobieski where can admire Baroque splendor. Dinner & overnight in Warsaw.

Day 3 Warsaw – Golub-Dobrzyn – Kwidzyn -Gdansk

Breakfast, departure to Golub-Dobrzyn, the 14th c. Medieval castle famous for the Annual International Knight’s tournaments organised there. After lunch we continue drive to Gdansk with stop for a short visit Kwidzyn where we delight the 14th c. Ghotic Teutonic Knight’s Castle, which the giant red-brick structure soars majestically on the edge of the Vistula lowland dominating the city landscape. Departure for Gdansk. Dinner & overnight.

Day 4 Gdansk - Westerplatte
Breakfast, morning sightseeing tour of an old Hanseatic Gdansk with its highlights as: Royal Way, splendid Artus Court ( the 15th c.) Town Hall, Neptune Fountain, the Old Crane, the Ghotic St.Mary’s Church and many others. Lunch break. In afternoon a boat trip to Westerplatte where began the Worls War II. Dinner & overnight in Hotel in Gdansk.

Day 5 Gdansk – Malbork – Poznan
Breakfast, departure for Poznan with stop in Malbork to visit the Europe’s largest Teutonic Knight’s Castle with its classic Medieval fortress & multiple defensive walls. Departure afterwards. Arrival in Poznan. Evening walking tour of the Old Town in Poznan. Dinner & overnight in the Hotel in Poznan.

Day 6 Poznan - Rogalin – Kornik -Rydzyna - Kliczkow
Breakfast, start this day with visiting the Rogalin Palace, the 18th century complex boasts a Baroque & Neo-classical architecture. Next stop in Kornik Castle – visit to the 15th centrury Neo-gothic castle and dedrological park and afterwards drive to Rydzyna Castle ( a magnificent example of the 17th century Baroque architecture). Departure for Kliczkow. Dinner & overnight in the Castle Kliczkow.

Day 7 Kliczkow – Ksiaz – Wroclaw
After breakfast visiting of Kliczkow Castle -magnificent Neo-Renaissance castle, located at the end of a long avenue with Linden trees, in the peaceful, small village of Kliczkow. Afterwards departure for Ksiaz. Arrival in Ksiaz and lunch in the castle. Next delighting the 13th century Ksiaz Castle - one of the best-preserved castles in Silesia region, and the largest hilltop fortress in the country. The castle’s showpiece is the Baroque Maximilian Hall and as well as its pride the 12 terraced gardens on surrounding slopes. After guided visit drive to Wroclaw. Dinner & overnight in Wroclaw.

Day 8 Wroclaw – Pszczyna – Promnice
Breakfast, morning sightseeing tour of the most animated city of Poland – Wroclaw. Highlights are: the The Old Town, the Cathedral of St.John The Baptist, the Baroque building of Wroclaw’s University with charming Aula Leopoldinum, Town Hall, Old Market Place, Ostrow Tumski Island– the oldest part of the city. Lunch break in the Old Town. Afterwards departure for Pszczyna. Guided visit of the Castle in Pszczyna, a classicist magnate palace and former residence of local Piast dynasty, constructed in the 13th century. The castle museum contains about 80% of original interior decorations from the 19th c.. Then departure for Promnice – the 19th century Hunting Castle built in English Neo-Gothic style with its charming location among the picturesque forests on Lake Paprocanskie. Dinner & overnight in luxurious hotel located inside the castle.

Day 9 Promnice – Krakow – Pieskowa Skala

After breakfast, departure for Krakow. Arrival in Krakow and start of city sightseeing tour, in programme: the Old Town with one of the biggest and the oldest Market Squares in Europe, the Cloth Hall, the St.Mary’s Basilica, walking throught the Royal Route, the Collegium Maius - the oldest part of the Jagiellonian University, the Wawel Castle with guided tour inside the Royal Chambers and Wawel Cathedral. Lunch break in the Old Town. In the afternoon excursion to Pieskowa Skala to see well- preserved Renaissance Castle located in the heart of the Ojcowski National Park. The Castle was first recorded in 1315 as a stone castle funded by King Kazimierz The Great and was extended in the 15th century. It was turned into a stately Renaissance residence in the following century and fortified with new Italian style ramparts in the early 17th century. Return to Krakow and dinner by the folklore music at the famous Restaurant Bohema situated in the Old Town. Overnight stay in Krakow.

Day 10 Krakow – Nowy Wisnicz – Krasiczyn
Morning departure for the magnates’s Castle in Nowy Wisnicz, former residence of the magnate families: Kmita and Lubomirski. The castle nicley combines features of defensive and residential architecture in Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque style. Have a short visit and then continue drive to Krasiczyn. Arrival in Krasiczyn Castle & Park Complex - the beautiful monument of late Renaissance where have a dinner and overnight.

Day 11 Krasiczyn – Lancut – Sieniawa – Baranow Sandomierski
After breakfast, departure for Lancut to visit very well preserved Baroque Lancut Palace built in the early 17th century by Stanislaw Lubomirski. The Castle Museum hosts paintings, sculptures and one of the European’s largest collections of carrages. Next stop is amazing the 18th century Sieniawa Palace later rebuilt in Baroque style – the former residence of Czartoryski Duke family. After a short visit we continue our drive for Baranow Sandomierski where we admire the 16th century Castle – one of the most magnificent residences of Renaissance. Farewell dinner organised as ”An Old Polish Feast” in the Castle Baranow Sandomierski. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 12 Baranow Sandomierski – Warsaw
After breakfast, departure for Warsaw. Arrival to Warsaw and stop for lunch before drive to the Airport.
